Easy to use, better than a tack that you cant stick into the tree. Another great thing about it is it is bright and you can spot it from a far distance, its cheap, and it lasts awhile because of the quanaty

Works great for makeing new trails

I purchased this with the atentions of using it to mark the trail after finding a wounded deer, but I used it in the winter to mark a unmade trail when you could see farther in the woods without all the leafs on the trees. Then that spring and summer I cut a trail through the woods and it worked very welly. I'm glad I marked wear I wanted the trail in the winter because I could easily see the best rout, and come spring I could easily follow the orange tags while cutting the trail. It is easy to tie onto small branches and trees and you can just rip it off from the rest of the role. The Blaze Orange color is easily spoted, and it takes a few years to fade. It got a 4 instead of a 5 because it rips off of the trees alittle to easily. Over all its a great product!
