Fulton Trailer Swing Tongues

  • Fits 3" x 3" or 3" x 4" trailer tongues
  • Bolt-on hinge casting
An easy-to-install, space-saving folding coupler that allows a bit more room for trailer storage to close a garage door or prevent banged-up shins. Interchangeable pivot pin and hinge bolt sets to swing right or left. 165° pivot stop prevents damage to side marker lights. Precision mount casings with large section thickness and superb hole alignment. A chain retainer keeps safety chains from dragging, yet permits free movement when towing. Includes Fulton’s proven Fas-Lok® coupler mechanism. Rust-resistant finish. Bolt-on hinge casting design.

Easy Install

I needed an tongue extension for my trailer in order to launch my boat behind my Jeep without having to wade into the water. The 30" added by the Fulton kit was just what I needed and it easy to install.
Took me about 3 hrs taking my time and waiting for a dead drill battery to recharge. Only challenge was drilling from the bottom.
Like the fact that new chains were included. Would like to see the parts for the wiring included too since that's the only thing not included -- and now I need to make a run to get some connectors and shrink tubing to finish the job.
Far less expensive than getting the factory parts from the trailer mfg!!

This was an easy project! No welding required only if you want it welded on.
I installed the swing tongue in four hours and that was taking my time. I f you have the tools this is a cake walk.

Although getting this heavy product proved challenging as I did receive the wrong sized parts in the original shipment, Cabella's made it right by sending a whole new unit to me! Easy and simple to install, this has proven to be a very welcome addition to my boat's trailer!

I installed the tongue myself in about 2 hours. The hardest part was drilling the holes. Outside of that the install was not very hard. The tongue has been on the trailer for about a year and works just great.
