Turn the fixed-position hitch on your trailer into a folding hitch. Folding hitches reduce front-to-back storage space needed and enhance storage safety by preventing trips, falls and skinned shins. These bolt-on, do-it-yourself kits yield professional-looking results. The components' Z-MAX 600-hour clear zinc finish provides excellent corrosion resistance. Kits include fold-away hinges, mounting hardware, pivot bolt, and a pivot pin with clip. Limited five-year warranty. Some drilling and cutting required for installation.

    Installed in under two hours even with wiring.I don't know why I haven't installed this years ago,this gave us a foot and a half of more room in front of the washing machine."Wife Loves It" Looks good too,adds about two inch's to the trailer,but no change in towing,no noise which I was afaid of. I don't know what some folks have said about having to buy a Torx socket,it comes with a Torx bit and a center punch,really nice punch" This was installed on a heavy heavy jet ski trailer,won't fit my Ranger trailer due to tongue style.

    I purchased one of these units after much deliberation, they are a good solid unit all of the bits and pieces required to make life easy for installation are included. It will certainly make life easier for storing the boat and if required undo one bolt pull the pin and no one can tow away my boat. It takes a little time to install but it is well worth it.

    easy fold away hitch kit to install, installed in under 1 hour, saves alot of room by swinging the tongue out of the way, dont listen to someone that says these are hard to install, piece of cake

    Bought this Fold-Away to get my new boat in the garage. Bought the 6000 \u2014 Fits 3" x 4" trailer tongues. Very easy to install and only took about 2 hours and maybe a beer or 2. Heavy duty hinge system and I won't worry about pulling my boat..... Excellent Product Works For Me..........
