great camera
Date:
This 2011 season I set out to purchase several cameras. On my list was a camera both cost effective, long range, led's and great quality pics. I bought several cameras from other manufacturers and kept them several weeks testing them during that time, very little results. That being said I was very impressed with the range and quality and price point of this camera, pics are great as well as reaction time is quick. I recommend this product, but always pretest your equipment before field test and good luck.

very disappointed
Date:
i bought 3 of these about a year ago. have been active non-stop since. longest time frame before batteries died was 22 days. most images captured on 2gb sd card was 232. appx 3 out of 10 images are blank. my older, cheaper cameras were much better. replaced simply for better megapixel. i will never buy another stealthcam product!! the only good thing...when they do take pics, they are very clear and crisp

eats batteries
Date:
Batteries (8 AA) only last 2 weeks, 10-12 pictures. I tried different brands, all were tested before putting them into the camera. I'll try something else.

First Stealth Cam
Date:
First experience, really like mine. Lesson learned
when I followed instructions, (Tilt camera forward)
and avoid water on lense. Batteries only lasted 4
days. Current batteries been going for 3 weeks
and the best option for me was the 3 shot burst.
Only thing I wonder about is why it doesn't take
pictures in daylight of the 100 dove eating on the
bird seed. Deer photos are blurred when they
shake their heads, otherwise the photos are
plenty good to count them points. Going back
for another one while they are on sale.
