I purchased this camera mount without knowing much about it, but I set up out today and it was awesome. I use a Bushnell camera so it was easy to secure at the bottom. The ratchet system is by far the best system I have ever used in securing to a tree.. In getting the camera to point to where you want it rotates to get the perfect angle as it adjustable by a ball mount and then tighten. I was able to get a good secure on the tree and the camera.
**EZ AIm also make a mount for a T-post and it is awesome too.
