Enjoy more images and fewer blank screens with Cuddeback’s 1/4-second trigger speed, Centered Subject Technology and five-second camera delay in a compact and sturdy package. The Ambush IR runs on eight AA batteries (not included) and optimized power management permits up to six months of operation on a single set of batteries. High-resolution 5.0-megapixel pictures feature Smart Color Technology by day for vivid color reproduction. At night, 5.0-megapixel IR photos with optimized IR exposure technology feature reduced flash washout and even illumination for superior nocturnal imagery. IR flash range is 25 ft. You can also take 10-second video clips, which often give you a better overall look at antler size. Trigger delay can be set from five seconds to tree minutes. Cuddeback’s Super Simple Setup and Genius Mount System (bracket and strap included) make mounting the camera a snap. Camera accepts SD cards from 1GB to 32GB (not included) and has 120MB of internal memory for use without a memory card.
