Davide Pedersoli Model 1859 Sharps Infantry Rifle

Used extensively by U.S. Army sharpshooters, this .54-caliber rifle had superior accuracy compared to commonly-issued muzzleloaders, making it the ideal weapon for snipers. Long, 30" blued round barrel. Fixed front sight. Steel patch box on the oiled walnut stock. Graduated rear sight with a sliding plate. Six-groove rifling.
