1853 Enfield Musket

The British-built “three-band” .58-caliber Enfield saw service on both the Union and Confederate sides of the Civil War. This replica has all the features of the original, including: a color case-hardened lock; blued barrel; traditional military-style sights; three steel barrel bands; brass butt plate, trigger guard and nose cap; walnut stock; and V-style lock spring.

Truly an amazing for reenactors and hunters alike!

The 1853 Enfield rifle is ideal for Civil War Reenacting. Also, hunting with the Enfield is great for *long distances*. The Enfield was designed for shooting over long distances on the battlefield. I would recommend this rifle to anyone interested in black powder weapons!
