Fast Flight Longbow String

Unlike Flemish strings, many modern bow strings found in stores have half the number of fiber strands in the loops, and this is where most bow strings break. These Flemish strings are constructed with Fast Flight fibers featuring the traditional twisted loop design. Fast Flight contains Spectra fibers and is lighter than Dacron, creating a faster shooting bow. It also stretches less during the shot, absorbing less of the bow's energy. They come in AMO lengths to fit your longbow. Order by AMO bow length.

Oh so quiet

I put this string on my new custom made bow that had been loud and a giver of bad hand shock. The string, once adjusted and tuned made the bow nice and quiet, faster, and reduced hand shock over the Dacron string that it came with.

i have used the fastflight longbow strings on both bamboo & ipe backed bow staves and traditional yew and have found the strings to be totally stretch free and very consistant. would recomend them to anyone who takes their sport seriously.
