Unlike Flemish strings, many modern bow strings found in stores have half the number of fiber strands in the loops, and this is where most bow strings break. These Dacron Flemish strings feature the traditional twisted loop design and come in AMO lengths to fit your longbow. Order by AMO bow length. Lengths: 64", 66", 68".
I shot a couple hundred arrows with this bowstring and have not had any problems with it.
It was my first time using a flemish string. The strings stretch a little bit, but adjusting them was easy. Just one end of the string off the bow and twist it a few times, then put it back on. Once I had the correct brace height for my bow, I unstrung the bow and kept the loop on the limb so I don't have to adjust it next time I shoot.
I had a fast flight string before this and I think the flemish string is a little quieter. I have actually bought the string material and serving to make my own flemish strings
