Hareline tungsten tacky weight

A fair substitute for the old product which was lead and much more pliable. This stuff get's super hard and tough when the weather is cold and very hard to work with. During the hot summer months it is more user friendly. It is like pulling on an intertube. It does stay on the leader quite well once you have it formed.

I have searched the market relentlessly for a decent substitute for the discontinued Ligas shap-a-wate...Im sorry to say, this isnt it. The product I received was rock hard and almost impossible to tear off a usable piece. I would like to think it was just a bad batch or possibly an older chuck of
weight. Meanwhile, I have started using the green tin shot...
it just takes a little getting use to.
