"Anyone who says this lure doesn't work does not work know must no know how to fish this type of lure. My guess is that most fisherman are not going into heavy enough cover!!! Here in Michigan it is by far the best frog bait, EVER!!! You may not catch numbers, if you call an average of 5 bass over 3# on regular basis boring, but this lure catches more big bass than any other frog in Michigan. I have tried Strike King, Snag Proof, & Paychecks and this frog is by far is the best. Fish the right water and know how to work the frog and the results are amazing. In all water types, try using a frog with a black or brown/red body. Stay away from the white bottom frogs! The soft body may be a downside to some, but it is a positive for me and my son. IMO this is the best frog on the market. FYI, when these frogs of any frogs start to get worn out you can fix them by patching them with old melted worms. Simply use a lighter and melt a worm to patch."

Best frog on the market. The first ones made seemed to be kind of hard. The ones made now are soft and a lot easier to set the hook on. If you're not familier with fishing hollow belly frogs here's a couple tips. Use a heavy action rod and heavy braided line. I use a 7'6" heavy action rod with 50lb braid. Also wait two to three seconds after the fish hits to set the hook. This allows the fish to get the bait in its mouth. Use in and around matted vegitation. The price tag is steep but that's the case with all good frogs!

i've used this frog and it has great action but i have only caught small ones if your in a tournament dont even try, but for backyard fishing and have fun this is for you.

Better than the real one

I use it exclusively for Snakehead (in India) and it is an amazing lure. The one for me has been the black frog. I dont remember how many I have caught but I still have the same frog. These frogs dont seem to get destroyed. It is always the first out of my tackle box.
