Ye Old Devil's Horse

Hard to believe no one has done a review of an old classic like the Devil's Horse. I fished with one only once in my life time. It brings back bad memories. I lost a new rod & back in the early 70s. Had a old black & yellow color Devil's Horse tide on and got a backlash and big bird nest on the 1st cast. I was new to bait casters back then. As I was picking out the bird nest , some saltwater brute hit the stationary Devil's Horse and jerked my new rod & reel from my hands. That was about 40 years ago. I guess my old rod and reel is still tucked away in Davy Jones locker. I have to give it 5 stars because fish will bite it even if it stationary in the water.
