Top Water Killer

If you are looking to attract Rock Fish or Blue Fish this is one of the best top water lures I know of. They can't stand to let it go by. Use a "walk the Dog" pattern and increase speed when fish are tailing it. When the bite is slow, pop it hard on top of the water, then let it rest. Great produst.
