    Best Large pike lure ever.
    Date:
I fish a chain of lakes in NW WI that is notorius for producing small "handle pike". With this lure, in the pearl color, I have caught over 2 doezen 4-12 pound monster pike. You cannot fish this incorrectly. Long line trolling, straight retrieve, walk the dog, all produce fish - even some lunker bass. To my surprise I have yet to catch a muskie on the glider but I expect that to happen soon.

    Must Have bait
    Date:
Every now and then you need something slower that will stay in the strike zone longer - this is the answer. Sub-surface walk the dog action that can hang in the strike zone is sometimes what you need and I haven't found anything that works this well. It's a must have lure.

Hot lure for spooky bass, pike and channel cats.
    Date:
I prefer this lure in the smaller size but the 6" one is great for the larger pike and not so good for huge bass. I sling it out and let is set for a minute, then lightly twitch it. Not a great bait for tournaments as those guys like to fish fast and catch barely legal fish. There doesn't seem to be a favorite color. I am thinking of painting one black.
