    I've been fly fishing for over 50 years & have amassed a collection of various brands of sissor /pliers, forceps, etc. These are simply the best yet, & the black coating is a definite plus in cutting down reflections that spook trout while wading shallow & having the sissor/forceps hanging from a lanyard or zinger on a vest. Great unit!

    forceps are nice, the scissors cut mono lines like a champ, but dont do as well at braided..tends to chew it up some.
    overall it's a super tool..
    very well made.

    I bought these Scissor/Forceps based on the great reviews. Although this combination tool has many uses, it is very difficult to lock with one hand.

    These forceps work excellent. Plenty of gripping power with them plus the rubber coating makes it very easy to hold on to them and keeps them from getting damaged.
