McKenzie Fly-Tying Vise Bright Lights

Attach these lights to stem-model vises and brighten up your workstation. Each has a brushed-aluminum shade with a 16" flexible stem that stays in the adjusted position. Magnifying lens has 2.5X magnification. Bright Light has a focused halogen beam for better lighting. Light only, vice not included.

    This light works great for what I am doing. Currently I don"t have a dedicated Fly Tyeing space so I need a portable system. My only dislike is the lack of an on/off switch but that can be remedied with an add on switch.

    I decided to start tying flies as a hobby. I made a significant investment in equipment and supplies. I set up my vise and equipment, got ready to start my first fly. About 15 minutes into my first attempt the bulb burned out. I wouldn't buy this piece of junk if it were the only one on the market. Where do I buy a bulb like this one? There's not one in my area.

    Too large, No switch

    The size is too large to attach for tying vise.
    There is no On-Off switch in this tool.
    If the light turn on/off, I must plug in/off its transformer.
    Only flexibility of the neck is good.
