Much better then the nail clippers. It even has a spike for cleaning the hook eye if it has glue in it. Nice feature.

not so sharp

It's a good product that is functional, but give it a day of cutting 5x or 6x fluro tippet, and it might still be able to nick 4x mono by the time the day's done. spend more for something that will last more than one daytrip before needing to be resharpened.
