My first sinker mold

I have lead from casting bullets, So I had ample supply to try to cast sinkers, I was very happy with DO-IT molds. Just be sure to oil the hinges and smoke the mold cavities(from a candle) and preferably soft lead, You can use wheelweights for the sinkers, Just skim off the junk and flux with parafin wax. Or you can use marvelux.

This mold works well IF you pre-heat it. The smaller sizes take some getting use to pouring. The quality of the lead will also effect the performance.
