This DVD is not just a promotion for the Bowfit exerciser. In fact, I have a competitor's product. The variety of exercises and the different experts' narritives is outstanding If you followed each one's program, I am confident that your strength, agility and accuracy will improve. I bought the video only after I pulled my shoulder over-exercising beyond my level of fitness. A painful experience it was, and I determined not to repeat it after I healed. I couldn't shoot for an entire season. Since following the recommendations on this video my stamina, strength and success have improved painlessly.
