Forster Case Neck Graphiter

The three brushes, when used in conjunction with the included white graphite powder, clean and lubricate cases at the same time with zero chance of contaminating your powder. There’s enough white mica graphite included with this three-brush kit to process 2,000 to 3,000 cases. The brushes fit all calibers from .22 to .35, and the cover prevents dust and grit contamination.

Forster Case Neck Graphiter OK for Case Cleaning

The upright brush of this simple kit helps to clean cases. It is better after the cases have been tumbled, because the insides of the case are not nearly as dirty. The brushes then clean out some of the carbon and pull out any grains of cleaning compound.

As for the graphite, it makes a mess and I do not use it. I use powdered mica instead, although I apply it with a Q-Tip from a shot glass, rather than the Forster brushes. They do not hold powdered mica in their bristles very well.

a case saver

I was having trouble with my .223 rem cases getting stuck. Now I just add the step of adding some graphite to the inside of the neck and no more stuck cases.
