Buck Horn Mounting Kit

Mount your deer, elk or antelope horns easily and inexpensively. Requires no special training or skills. With the new advanced, simplified methods and materials, you’ll get a professional mount without paying a professional price. Elk kit horn cap is brown and embossed with a bull. Also includes a coupon to receive a 1" x 3" brass trophy plate, with up to three lines of lettering for $5.95 plus shipping.
Kit includes: Grained-vinyl horn cap, walnut-veneer plaque and all hardware.

    I am very pleased with this product. It was pretty simple to fit my antlers to it, did have to enlarge the openings in the skull cover slightly to fit around my antlers but that was not difficult at all. Other than that it went pretty smooth. It looks great hanging on my wall. Thanks again Cabelas

    A few problems

    Had difficulty with getting skull cap small enough to fit under plastic cover. Also had problems with plastic cover not being wide enough to reach properly from antler to antler. I finally mounted antlers without using plastic cover for skull and used nice felt etc. to make the mount presentable.
