Purchased for my ar-15 works well only problem I had with it was one of the mounting screws was cross threaded from the factory so I had to fix that.

I bought this product thinking it would be perfect for my AK which I decked out with rails and a new muzzle brake. Boy was I wrong. After firing 4 rounds through the gun the reticle turned off. Took the batteries out put the same battery back in and it turned back on. Took 2 shots and boom reticle turned off. Popped in a 30 round clip and turned the reticle on. You'll fire a few and it will work fine then it will turn off, then you'll fire a few more and it will magicly turn back on. What a pile of junk. Can't get it to stay on for enough shots to even get it sighted in. Returning this product ASAP. Word of warning. If you are going to buy optics don't be cheap like me, buy something that has good reviews and is worth a little bit and I'm sure you'll get your moneys worth. Definitely not the case here.

The cross reticle and center dot are nice and sharp and it has held it's zero after firing hundreds of rounds on my 16" AR-15. Since it is a 1x red dot, I use it for tactical type shooting at 50 yards from a standing position so I can't say whether it is pinpoint accurate at longer ranges. But for my purposes it does a great job.
The only thing I would have have liked for it to have is a quick release mount since I like to switch to a scope for longer range shooting on my AR. However, even after removing and reattaching it numerous times when I switch to my scope, it still has held its zero.

was skeptical about buying this buy with so many reviews i gave it a shot. out of the box it looked sweet until i turned it on and the cross hairs were mirrored and was blury, second the crosshairs were crooked and were leaning to the right. returning it asap.
