Nice selection for beginners. They might as well learn the non-lead wire is a nice idea, but just doesn't work.

I am new to fly tying and boxed assortments are a excellent way for those of us who do not know exactly what we need to sample reasonable assortments when all the available choices are overwhelming and expensive.

A good idea would be for Cabalas to assemble the materials for about 5 flies and include directions or perhaps have a downloadable video of instructions for those flies.

This downloadable video would be a neat way to introduce teaching videos available from your various experts.
