I use these to fish live bait for flounder. I went fishing with an in-law's friend and it was the 1st time I'd seen them. They worked like a charm so I bought some for myself.

Good for lighter weights

The concept is great, from catfishing on the river to surf fishing. This sinker slide works well with lighter weights - up to 4 oz. It has lasted cast after cast and has assisted in catching a lot of fish. NOT recommended for use with the heavy weights. They break easily (about a dozen casts) with 7 and 8 oz weights.
