This is one of those things you don't hear about much but it will save you crank baits and fish in the long run. Norman speed clips are the best device for hooking your crank to your line. They are almost impossible to straighten out like a normal snap clip.
Just wish Cabela's carried them in a store instead of just online.

I had little confidence with this clip being so small and having such a lite wire. I used it the day after I received them and caught a 12Lb redfish with it. The clip held up and had no sign of damage after landing the fish. The clip is easy to use and holds the lure securely. Good reliable clip for the price.

My grandchildren and I have caught many walleye, northern, and drum when using these clips. They are not the easiest to use but they work well. They work great and are well worth the money.
