Best Braided Line

I have used Stren Sonic Braid for several years landing many King Salmon in a variety of locations using 20 through 40 pound test on Downriggers, Casting and Jigging. Though initially more expensive it holds up better than monofilament allowing me to spool up much less often. One of its best features it that it holds the original color much better than other leading brands. It also has excellent strength without the use of special knots.

I THINK THE STREN LINE IS OVERPRICED, EVEN THOUGH IT'S EXCELLENT QUALITY!!
I EXPECTED A THREAD LINE WHICH IS THE WAY THE AD READ.

I fish for at least two hours in the creek behind my house almost every evening. I tried 6 lb. test spiderline and it streched. I decided to try stren sonic braid. It was the most expensive line and I thought it would work well. It's junk. Every time I cast it gets bound up in my reel. I tried more weight and it doesn't help. I have to pull about 30 feet out each time to unbind it then it casts ok. Not near as good as cheap line.

Was told that the super braid line was dicontinued with great concern was very glade to see it reinstated and it works great cast very good and the color doesnt seem to bleed off as quick
