Spiderwire® Stealth™ Superbraid 300-Yard Fishing Line – Tracer Yellow

Stealth gives you the superior sensitivity and strength of a tightly woven, ultra-thin braid plus the added benefit of Teflon® pressure-treated construction for quiet, monofilament-like manageability. The slick, gel-spun, polyethylene microfibers glide smoothly over line guides and levelwinds without causing cuts or abrasions. And the round cross section enables it to lay evenly over the spool without digging in or binding when under tension.

Spiderwire is the best line. I have 20lb on my crappie rods. Even pull up catfish on a 20ft wall. The 100lb is awesome for my catfish poles. Throws easy.

I've used this line for the last year. Its very tough and easy to cast. I think the 6 lb test is under rated as to its strength. Nothing has broken the line only bitten off by a toothy Northern. I use the yellow tracer line which is very easy to see in the water. Try it, you'll probably like it!

for what I do its the best

As a crappie guide, I vertical jig trees, brush piles and troll crank baits. Stealth is on all my reels. The thin line diameter and strength are key selling points. For jigging I really like the Hi Vis yellow. Its yellow color fades to a whiteish color but is still very visible. The thin diameter, strength and lack of memory more than offset any issues of color fade. Using a polomar knot has totally eliminated knot breakage or knot slipage.

NO such thing as one fishing line!!!

For spinning tackle this is outstanding line that lasts and lasts.It absolutely oucasts all mono and most braids.My buddies used power pro until they got tired of being oucast, This line as with MOST braids does not work well on conventional tackle or baitcasters unless used as backing.Also you can't use the same knots or cutting tools you do with mono.VERY sharp tools and find a braid/mono knot that works for you.
