15lb Braid - No abrasion resistance?????

I've been hanging my spin rods in my truck the same way for years. I have a cap and a 6 1/2 ft. bed so I have to get my 8' rods in on an angle. I have a very smooth clevis pin hanging in the right front of the roof of the cap I slide the rod tips in, then I rest the butt's on the lip or where the bed rail would be if there weren't any cap. So basically the rods just dangle there and dont hit or rub anything so I like the system. Today is the third day Kanzen was installed on my VS 100 and the 3rd day I got home and the line was broken, I hook whatever plug I was using on the last or biggest eye, and where its been breaking is between the second and fourth eye from the tip for no rhyme or reason, there is nothing there !! Bad batch? I had a similar problem with Seaguar 20lb flouro tippet but brushed it off because I never had any problems before. I am impressed with this 15lb braid as far as smooth casting and diameter BUT, dont have the energy or time to try and figure this one out. So 2 stars one for casting and one for diameter. My advice is stay away until we get to read more reviews.
