P-Line Spectrex IV Braided Line – 1500 Yards

Spectrex IV is a low-diameter Spectra® braid that has near zero stretch, super-high tensile strength and an unlimited effective life span. A special process in production makes it highly resistant to UV rays and impervious to water, so it lasts nearly forever. Because the braid has such a low diameter, your casting distances will be increased. The low stretch factor will give you optimum feel and hook-driving power. Per 1,500-yard Spool.
Color: Moss Green.
Available: 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 65, 80, 150, 200 lb. test.

i'd never tried P-Line spectra before. i used to be a one brand kinda guy. if it was mono, it had to be Ande. if it was spectra, it had to be Power-Pro. and i only used
P-line flouro carbon leader. so i felt a little like i was taking a leap with P-Line spectra. not even! it is quality
line. strong, light , knots good, flies good. what more can any one ask for. and it was a bit cheaper and more availiable than Power-pro, so that sealed the deal. i'll look for it again when i need to fill more reels.

Best Spectra

This is the best spectra type line I have ever used. It lays flat on the reel, doesn't pinch or bind. It doesn't twist. It is very durable. Best of all it doesn't cut into my thumb when I spool it on to the reel.

P-line Spectrex IV

Tried several braids. This one is far and away the best. It lasts, has no memory, and doesn't fray. I have it on some reels over five seasons of hard fishing! It's not the cheapest nor the most expensive, although it should be. I highly recommend it.

Humbolt Squid

I purchased this line to fish for Humbolt Squid in the ocean. They are usually about 1,000 feet down and I needed a strong line, but, also a line that would cut through the ocean current and get down deep. Well, I filled up my new reel with the line and was able to get down over 1,000 feet to the squid and filled the fish box up with the squid in no time. Would recommended this line to any one.
