Fly By with Reader Magnification

The magnification works wonderfully. my tired, old, abused eyes really like beig able to see to tie on tiny, tiny flies whan fishing...The fit is nice, and the fininsh os good.
Here is my knock of the sunglasses though. I have owned several pairs of Action Optics sunglasses over the years. All worked wonderfully. The polarization outstanding, the dark brown lenses did their job...that said, I bought the Fly By polarized reader sunglasses with the brown lens...The brown lens currently used is NOT the same brown lens of old. It is a lighter shade of brown and does not offer the same protection in bright sunlight. Please bring back the old, standard very dark brown lenses.
Has anyone else noticed this?
