Bought this product for a bow I recently purchased. After the string started fraying, I applied some Pro Release Black Lightning™ Wax Lubricant. This product does exactly what it says. Not much to say about this product since its just wax.

This is NOT like the traditional string wax. U don't need a hair drier to melt it in. Just 1 or 2 wipes with your fingers and it's done. It feels like it's a silicone,teflon and a grapghite mix that repells water very well. I hunt in ANY weather and will use nothing else again.

I purchased this stuff when I first started archery and used it regularly. A friend showed me a trick early on using a hair drier that melts in this stuff to the bowstring.
This stuff nicely melts in. My bow is four years old and the string looks almost new with hardly a fray. I switched for no reason to try some "other" stuff that is alway on the display shelf. OMG...it was like glue. I gave it away and bought the black lightning and will not
switch again. it does the job well, hands down.
