i love these lil things they are great for puting in lil bayous or lil cuts where small creeks or small rivers meet up with a larger river i highly suggest you get these they work awsomely!!! :)

These are great "jugs" !

These "jugs" work fine, and are a terrific value. With their low price, it's no big deal if you should occasionally lose one. Their size is great: you can fit 14 of them into a standard 5 gallon pail. I take two such pails with me, for 28 jugs. The orange color is easy to see, and is legal in my area. I change the hooks to Eagle Claw 4/0 circle hooks. Hint: when tying the knot to space the weight above the hook, I tie a simple overhand knot but pass the end through the loop 3 times before pulling tight (a triple overhand knot?). Then the knot is large enough to avoid going through the hole in the weight.
"Jugs by Bert" are a little better, but at many times the price.

Used this past weekend and this product is ok. Needs to be white for non-commercial use in TX so I had to paint them white. Line is too light for the catfishing I do, so I changed the line.
