Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs. venison, cubed
- 1 TBS oil
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups water
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, brown venison in oil. Add onion, cover and simmer for 10
minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
longer or until meat is tender.
