Ingredients
- 3 lbs. venison
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent seasoning
- 2 tsp. table salt
- 2/3 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Cut venison into 3/4 inch strips. Combine the remaining ingredients and
pour over meat then refrigerate covered overnight. Drain meat and hang
over the racks in your oven and bake at 150 degrees or your lowest
setting for 6-8 hours or until meat is dried.
