| America’s Boating Course® or ABC, is the United States Power Squadrons entry level Boating Safety training. While it is intended for the novice, anyone at any skill level will find it useful and interesting. Presented in twelve hours of classroom education, ABC provides the necessary knowledge to obtain a Washington State Boater Education Certification Card.
