Due to the large volume of requests received, we have established policy for all donations. Our retail program supports non profit 501( c ) (3) organizations located within Illinois. All requests must be mailed on official letterhead of the beneficiary at least forty-five days prior to the event date. Requests can be mailed to: Cabela’s Attn: Donations 5225 Prairie Stone Parkway Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 In order for your request to be considered, please include the following information: date of the event and brief description, information on the beneficiary, how you plan to use item (auction, raffle, etc), and contact name and telephone number. Faxed requests will be accepted (847)645-9038. In order to assist the largest number of organizations annually, we can consider only one donation request per organization, per calendar year.
