Have your child's next birthday party at Cabela's!
Party includes: Private room, shooting gallery-Tokens 6 per child, Scavenger hunt, fish food for trout pond. Party will be held in one of our private conference rooms next to Cabela's High Uinta Restaurant and Grill.

Cost of room is $40.00 per room for a two hour period. Kid's meals are $3.99 and include choice of sliced pizza, hot dog or PB&J, chips and a drink Additional food and beverage items are available for purchase in the restaurant. To be considered, please review the following:
  • Requests must be submitted online to Sponsorships, Donations & Advertising. Written or e-mailed requests will not be accepted.
  • Requests must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to the event.
  • We can only fulfill one request per organization per year. Multiple requests within a calendar year will not be accepted.
  • Organizations must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity and be able to provide documentation.
  • Organizations must be located within 100 miles of the retail store.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
