Cabela’s and the Pheasant Country Chapter of Pheasants Forever invite kids age 14 and younger (with the supervision of a parent/guardian) out to the Cabela’s pond for the Kids Fishing Derby. Pheasants Forever will be offering a FREE membership to the first 40 families to register the day of the vent. Please bring a fishing rod if you have one! If not, we will have a limited quantity available for use. Cabela’s will provide bait if you choose to use it. This is a “catch and release” event. There will be free hot dogs and soda during the event, and prizes will be awarded for the largest fish in 3 categories: Bass, Panfish, and Other. Registration: 8:30am Contest: 9:00am - 11:00am |

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!! This course will be on the laws and regulations, for Carry and Conceal Permits in Minnesota (new/renewal), Iowa, Utah, South Dakota and Florida. It will also include qualification with a handgun. Students must be 20 years old. Includes info on SD Laws. Instructors have over 85 years of combined experience of training in handguns, self-defense and crisis intervention. Multi-State Permits: Permit to Carry Includes:

Common sense and a little education go a long way toward preventing accidents. Bow hunting safety rules define proper handling of equipment in transit of in the field. This class will provide safety information about hunting with archery equipment, and you will then be certified to archery hunt in any state after attending this national bow hunting safety class.
