I WAS IMPRESSED WHEN THE STOOL ARRIVED, LOOKED WELL MADE AND STURDY. THE SEAT BACK BROKE THE FIRST DAY IN THE STAND. THE SEAT WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE THING I HAVE EVER SAT ON. I SAT ON A PAIL HALF WAY THROUGH THE SECOND DAY AND WAS MORE COMFORTABLE. I PLAN ON REMOVING THE SEAT, AND REPLACING IT WITH A BOAT SEAT. THE BASE AND SWIVEL WORK WELL.

Just got mine and I love it , But their is one downfall.When the seat screws into the base it moves around and makes a metal clanking noise. I cut a hard peace of hard round plastic and beat it into the base around the part that screws in the base. No more noise !
