    Good for a big guy
    Date:
I'm 6'4" and push 240 during duck season... gotta put on a winter coat, yea know.
The stool does exactly as it should - keeps me off the ground and ready to get them ducks. I've used it at the ball field to sit on while soft-tossing to the kids and it worked well there... plus it gets the boys talking about hunting and being outdoors (bonus!)

Good chair for what I need
    Date:
I use this stool (without the back) as a marsh seat on walk in duck hunts. The height is perfect for that application, hiding in corn/cattails etc. In that setting the chair is comfortable enough and seems pretty durable considering I drag the thing all over marshes, sleds, and consistently submerge it in cold muddy marsh water. I am pleased, thanks for a quality product

    Small and Unsteady
    Date:
Hard to place on even the slightest incline. It may be small enough for a tight squeeze into a ground blind, but that is where its usefulness stops. Uncomfortable. Hard to readjust for a good view out of the blind. Hurts you butt and back. Not worth buying.
