These stocks are impervious to snow, cold, rain, heat and impact, guaranteeing consistent accuracy, plus they boast the brute strength of Syn-Tech®. Equipped with recoil pad, Uncle Mike's sling studs and crisp checkering. Installs in minutes with a screwdriver – no gunsmithing needed. Length of pull can be shortened up to 2" by removing recoil pad, cutting the stock and remounting the pad of your choice. 12-gauge only.

Does not fit mossberg 500a

Cheap quality. Will have to return as it does not fit the mossberg 500a. Probably my fault that I did not look that up, but would not have been happy with the quality given the price even if it did fit.

Cheap Alternative To Wood Stock

This is a cheap alternative if you want to replace your worn out and damaged stock and forearm. the stock is a bit noisy due to being very hollow. the forearm requires some work to make it fit on a Mossberg 500, will have to use a Dremel to line out the inside walls so it can slide in easily. once finish the look is reasonable.

The instructions were very good. The stock went on easy and looked factory, the forearm I had to take a dremel tool after the inside as it rubbed on the receiver and made it a little stiff to work the action. After a little trimming it worked well.
