The long, slender profile and super-tight wiggling action of the streamlined Bomber Long A create a lifelike swimming motion. The internal rattles sound out in a loud rhythm to draw the attention of open water fish over long distances. Floats quickly while at rest to entice added strikes during a stop-and-go retrieve. Dives to 3 ft. Per
each.
Size: 4-1/2", 1/2 oz.

The good thing about the bomber is that it doesn't lose its action when the trebbles and rings are upgraded for the big barra we have here. Cheers Steve
I have used this lure in the past, and have had very good success with it. It works exceptionally well with down riggers because you can put right on the bottom and it floats up a bit so you don't snag weeds and other bottom debris. Excellent trout lure.
I use this lure every where. In Florida, on the Clearwater flats for reds, speckled trout, snook, and spanish mackeral, on lake Istapoga for bass, and Sebastion river for bass, snook, tarpon, and sharks. In New Jersey, Stripers, blues, and weakfish. It is my go to lure for them all !
I have used the Long A trolling shorelines on Canadian Shield lakes for nearly 20 years and there simply is no better trolling lure. I ALWAYS outfish my partners without exception. It's no contest and every fishing partner I've had has switched to the Long A when they see how much I outfish them. This lure is truly magical and it ceases to amaze me after all these years how it ALWAYS catches more fish than any other shallow trolling lure. Follow the 10 - 12 foot contour line around mainland and island shores and hang on. Walleye and Pike can not resist the wobble of the Long A and even the Smallmouth will take a whack at it from time to time. Caught a 12 pound walleye that is hanging on my wall right now that I trolled up with the Long A. Only negative is you have to keep these lures tuned right. If they veer to the side or break the surface, you have to bend the nose ring to get them to run true. Can't really blame the lure though as it takes a pounding from the fish...especially the big Pike. You want more fish in the boat? Get the Long A. End of story!
