"ONE FOR THE MONEY"
Date:
Bought the spotting scope as a christmas present for my son. He and I went out shooting at the range and I was impressed with it. Before we started to shoot I had to try it out and at approx. 400 yrds. I could just read the plate numbers on the cars in the parking lot.I thought for the money and what he and I use it for it was agood choice. Now we'll see how long it lasts!

Barska 20-60x60 Spotting scope
Date:
I love long range target shooting and this scope suits my needs just fine. The fact is, I'd rather spend my hard earned dollar on range time, ammo, scopes, and rifles than an arm and a leg on a spotting scope that I won't use every single time I go shooting. This item works great and at a terrific value.

excellent glass for the dough
Date:
I spent over a half hour looking through three different sets of spotting scopes at the store in Richfield. Back and forth for thirty minutes with scopes costing 300 bucks more. At magnification there wasn't a big difference. That's where this scope excels. Granted I haven't drug it up any mountains yet but doubt most folk do that anyway. Most times I'm spotting long range from a logging road into the backcountry. Durability at this point is unknown since I"m pretty carefull about knocking it around or dropping it. (The case is excellent too.) The little tripod, not great. But the glass is a gas!
