I have this RAM spotlight and mount on my Kawasaki
400 four wheeler. It had stood up to desert riding in Arizona to deer hunting in Missouri, There are several products available for this mount from beverage holder, to pistol carrier. If work well on a four wheeler, you know it will hold up on a boat.

If you purchase the RAM spotlight, you really need this attachment if you plan to mount to a railing. It works great. Otherwise, the RAM spotlight comes with a base that you can mount on a flat surface. This
