    If you know these spots in Long Island Sound, then you know you need the 16 oz size! I like that these come with the single hook rather than a treble hook. It makes hook removal so much easier for big bluefish. The nickel color is time proven, now to try the glow. I hope the finish can hold up to serious teeth on the blues.

    Real Hefty Diamond Jig

    I purchased 1 of these 6 oz.jigs at the ridiculously low sale price to use for fresh water Lake Trout fishing. I haven't caught any thing with it yet but it sure jigs well in 60+ feet of water. Good buy which with time will eventually catch some fish.

    Diamond jigs

    These diamond jigs are actually the original Bridgeport diamond jigs. There are many makes of diamond jigs in the market but the Bridgeport's are the most proven ones. Personally, these are my favorite diamond jigs. The ones in the original white color paper package comes with Mustad cadmium hooks. The ones in the new package do not use Mustad hook.
