Shimano® Trevala Spinning Rod

To truly get the most out of Shimano's Butterfly® Jigs you need to fish them with a rod specifically designed for that type of fishing – the Trevala. The Butterfly technique is based on an extremely productive Japanese-style jigging system. These are powerful, lightweight and light-action rods designed to be teamed up with high-speed, high-power reels. The Trevala rod blanks use Shimano's TC 4 Construction® with new concept Fuji® Alconite® or Hardloy® guides and a Fuji reel seat. The custom-shaped EVA fore grip and rear grip are more ergonomic, so you can spend longer days on the water. Hook keeper. Limited lifetime warranty.

I already boughtt a TVS66MH, and went to fishing in southern China and was able to catch some small yellow fin tuna etc. and I got a exceptional response with this rod-Good

This is a light sensitive rod that is tough enough to handle larger fish Striper,Shark and Black Drum. But sensitive enough to feel Flounder or Tog bite on deep structure.
I just bought a second one for my wife.
