Very smooth reel. Love it. Rod nice and sensitive, very easy to feel those not so hard hitting crappie and defintely helps catch more crappie because of this.

Awesome American made ultralight rod!

This is absolutely the BEST ultralight rod I have ever used. I wanted a 5.5 ft. instead of the normal 5 ft., hoping for additional casting distance. I paired it with a Cabela's Fish Eagle ultralight and love the combo. I throw a lot of 16th oz. plastic jigs on 4# fluorocarbon and this combo casts great!

Falcon 6' UL panfish spinning rod

Great little rod that I trout fish with and I have no reservations about using it in a reservoir where I quite often hook 20" plus rainbow trout. It is light enough to still be fun with the smaller fish. I have several UL rods and this is one of my best. Perhaps best of all it's made in the U.S. and it is quality you can count on.

This is the best rod for panfish i have ever used. You can feel the lightest crappie bite. Like on those hot august days When the fish are in 25-30ft of water and not to active. This spring I even caught a 24 inch northern with it and 4lb test. I 've had my first falcon pole for over five years now. I like it so much I just bought another one this year.
