Four shielded stainless steel ball bearings ensure smooth operating performance at all times. The DynaBalance® rotors eliminate wobble during retrieves. It also has a sturdy graphite frame, sideplate and rotor, and a Power Roller III line roller that reduces twist from casting and retrieving. A Fluidrive® II polished oversized drive gear increases the efficiency of your retrieves. The Super Stopper II anti-reverse roller bearing ensures rock-solid hooksets. Its Propulsion spool lip provides longer casting distances than a standard spool lip design while preventing backlashes. S-Arm Cam has a protruding lower surface on the bail arm to prevent slack that would lead to line cuts or tangles. Designed with 3-D surface modeling software, the S-Rotor (500 model only) ensures a comfortable retrieve. S-Guard prevents impact damage to the frame and rotor. Machined-aluminum handle. Maintenance port (500 model only) allows easy access to internal gears for lubrication. Floating shaft reduces friction between the pinion gear and spool shaft for smoothness and durability.
