The Shimano Saros® F incorporates the new Paladin™ Gear Durability Enhancement, which ensures gears are more durable than even stainless steel. The Propulsion™ Spool Lip aids in longer casts. The thread-in machined-aluminum handle is part of the direct drive mechanism for reliability. Shimano Saros® 2500F has 5 bearings plus a roller bearing.
